On Sunday, March 22, a wonderful group of people and their dogs took part in Walk4Significance, a walk in a beautiful park to help raise money for those less fortunate in our cities.
The weather was perfect and you could not have asked for a more picturesque setting as the group walked along the Brown Hill Creek track leaving and returning to Mitcham reserve. The odd Koala enhanced the experience along the way.
Many laughs and conversations were had over the 10km walk. The end result was a total of $958 raised which will be used to continue providing free physio and related services to the homeless through Probono Physio Clinics in Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as contributing towards the setup of a new probono clinic in Adelaide.
Jodie thanks her wonderful husband and parents for volunteering on the day, giving out water, lollies, fruit and a lot of encouragement along the way!
Well done to all those who took part!
