Christine Tadros is a Volunteer, or soon to be SOS Health Volunteer, who is passionate about helping people who are least likely to afford the physiotherapy she provides at the Balwyn Sports & Physiotherapy Centre. They experience physical and mental health challenges every day and Chrissy wants to do her bit to make a difference to their lives by ensuring they have the opportunity to receive the healthcare they need. So she is embarking on an enormous personal challenge of her own – to run the NYC Marathon.
The New York City Marathon has grown from a Central Park race with 55 finishers to the world’s biggest and most popular marathon, with 50,530 finishers in 2014. Chrissy will join tens of thousands of starters on 1 November and although we can’t be in NYC on the day, we are behind her all the way to the finish line.
New York City Marathon will be held on Sunday, 1 November 2015
